You will be asked for your personal information such as your name, age, gender, contact information, and highest level of educational attainment. As part of the Profiles Asia Pacific's initiative to develop and maintain industry accepted standards in testing and assessment, all of the personal information you have provided will be managed, stored, secured, and kept in strictest confidence by Profiles Asia Pacific/People Dynamics for norming and research purposes.
All data gathered through the Information System will be available to the Record Department of MAAP and Profiles Asia Pacific.
As the Personal Information Controller of your data, MAAP reserves the right to submit a written request to permanently delete or return (at MAAP's option) all pertinent personal data you have input in the personal information page (including all existing originals, copies and drafts, whether in physical or digital form) you have provided. As part of our data sharing policy, Profiles Asia Pacific and People Dynamics Inc., as the Personal Information Processor, shall issue a written certificate of completion pertaining to the deletion or return, or compliance with MAAP's written request to safeguard the data subject’s rights.
